“Gifted Speaker, Internet Personality, Abuse Survivor and Recovery Expert” - Shout out to Nova Scotia: A Festival for Healing

Tracy was born and raised in a small rural town in Northeastern, CT. Blessed with the gift of having her grandparents live directly across the street, Tracy’s Memere taught her the meaning of the word faith. Her Memere had a very difficult life full of tragedies and misfortune. She taught Tracy at a very young age that her “faith in Jesus” is what got her through it all.  

Tracy attended Catholic school from the age of 5 up until she graduated high school. She also began dancing tap, jazz, ballet and eventually hip hop starting at the age of 5 where she continued up until the age of 18. When she was 7, her parents enrolled her and her brother in summer acting camps where she would proceed to act in over 30 plays and productions throughout her lifetime. At the young age of 14, Tracy was asked to join her older brother’s rock band as their lead singer playing weekly shows throughout New England. Tracy’s father being the Vice President of one of the world’s leading makeup manufacturers, she learned the art of makeup for shows, events, camera and every day wear. Tracy attended Rhode Island College and graduated with a Degree in Communications with a focus on Nonverbal Communications. She has a minor in Theater.  

When Tracy began Grad school, she was given the opportunity to go on tour as the two piece line up “VulGarrity” with her brother. Her professor told her she would be foolish not to take it. She left grad school and proceeded to go on 4 National Tours with her brother for the next 4 years. It was during those years where she began her career in Human Services as a Career Coach helping people with disabilities who have barriers to employment find and retain their jobs.

Tracy currently has 14 years of experience in Human Services.  Not only has Tracy worked diligently to match hundreds of individuals with well-suited jobs, but she has excelled in networking, supported employment job development and establishing trusting relationships with local businesses. Further, Tracy has launched new markets, as well as restructured organizations as an executive manager and Director.  

Tracy’s positive demeanor, bubbly personality and silly sense of humor naturally attracts many people to her. Unfortunately, this also taught her a lesson about another type of human that exists among us. She now is on a conquest to try and teach and help others in learning the meaning of the word “toxic” the word “narcissist” and the word “evil”. “If I could save one person from going through this insidious type of underlying abuse that is not spoken of enough, then it is all worth it in the end.” -TF

Tracy is an advocate for teens, domestic violence, employee rights, targets of narcissistic abuse, animal rights, and a firm believer in Christ after witnessing many paranormal and supernatural experiences in her lifetime. Since 2018, Tracy has taken up motivational speaking, and has become an Internet Personality that people across the globe listen to daily. Tracy offers a non-traditional approach to helping targets of narcissistic abuse. “After having gone through so many counselors in my lifetime, I realized what was missing. I do not believe that one can “counsel” another on narcissistic abuse unless you’ve been there yourself and truly lived it.” -TF
